This policy explains how Walker Dev (“we”) handles personal data in the Lucro+ mobile app and related services (the “Application”).
Lucro+ is a pricing and cost calculator for sellers. It is not a social network. Your catalog is not public to other users.

We do not sell personal data. The Application does not use third-party ads or advertising IDs.
We process data, as applicable, to perform the service contract, comply with law, pursue legitimate interests in security and service improvement that do not override your rights, and based on consent when required (for example camera or photo-library access).
Processors that help run the Application include Google Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Storage, Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config), Google Sign-In, Google Play / Apple App Store, NTP time checks, and WhatsApp if you start a support chat. See Firebase privacy.
We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect rights, investigate fraud, or respond to a competent authority.
Google/Firebase typically process data on servers outside Brazil (including the United States). Creating an account or using Pro may involve that transfer, under the safeguards offered by those providers.
Uninstalling does not automatically delete a cloud account. Use section 8.
Under Brazilian Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD) you may request confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability, information on sharing, withdrawal of consent, and deletion. Email annyufrr@gmail.com. You may also contact Brazil’s ANPD.
If you are a California resident, you may request to know, delete, and not be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising under CCPA/CPRA.

Deleted: Firebase Auth account, Firestore catalog/costs, Storage photos, Pro status we store. Not deleted by this request: Google Play / App Store receipts (cancel the subscription in the store); analytics/crash events already sent, generally up to 24 months; support messages kept as required by law. Uninstalling does not delete the cloud account. Deleting a product or photo in the app removes that item without closing the account.
Lucro+ is intended for business pricing use, not for children. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. A parent or guardian may contact us to delete such an account.
We use authentication, per-user access rules, and encrypted transport. No system is perfectly secure. We will notify you of relevant incidents as required by LGPD.
We may update this policy on this page with a new effective date. Prior versions are available on request.
By creating an account, uploading a photo, or granting system permissions, you agree to the processing described here. You can revoke camera or gallery permission in device settings; that stops new photos but does not delete existing ones until you remove them or request account deletion.
